Just getting back into a proper training routine now. Its enough volume but still has me in and out of the gym in about an hour with cardio

Weight progress

Average weight for the week sitting at 97.3kg. Updated photos will be done every 1-2 weeks.

Diet
Diet adherence was average over the week, 2 days of eating around Maintenace (2800ish cal). Calorie goal for this week will remain as last week 2130cal/194P/60F/202C

Training
Training was good. Workouts were solid and recovery seemed on point. Didn't get the 5th workout in (hamstrings/abs/traps) due to life commitments. Considering switching from a 5/week to a 4/week and combining Back (row dom) biceps with Hamstrings/abs/traps into back (row dom) hamstrings/ab. removing the additional biceps and traps.

Test e 125mg split twice a week provided by @Corepharma

Also on 250iu/hcg 3/week for another 4-5 weeks
@AusCreatine diet has been really good but I do think protein should be going UP higher with your thick size now
