Everything is good Bro. Acid Reflux is a problem anyways but it seems to be doing ok.

Also how much of the carbs are actually effected by this, I mean is there a % of cabs that they effect or control and how long is it active for?

not really. its active for about 90-120minutes, but the metabolic shift impact lasts longer. though there is no solid data on that

Thx Macro, well i have a bottle of YES already, but when i put in my big fatloss order im going to get another bottle, because i'll need 2 months worth at 6 pumps per day.


Will 2 bottles at this doseage last me 2 months?

I take the Glucorell upon waking with my first meal, post-workout with my carbs, and also pre-workout if I'm eating a full meal. Sometimes if I'm in a rush I will sip a protein/carb drink a few minutes before my workout and finish it during. In that case I won't use the Gluco. I take my GH upon waking and pre-workout, so it coincides with Gluco usage most of the time.
