Log update!
Had a decent workout at the gym yesterday. Even tho my shoulder was bothering me. I only worked Biceps+Abs yesterday. I didnt feel it too much on the shoulder.
Biceps
- Seated Concentrated Dumbel Curls: 25x10 30x7 35x7 25x10
- Standing Hammer Curls:30x10 35x7 40x5 40x5
- 21's w/ 60lbs: 4 sets
- Preacher Curls on Machine w/ Rubber Band Set up: (60lbs x 10) x 4
Abs
- Decline Bench w/ Rubberbands. Thick Purple Band
- Swiss Ball work. 23 Crunches elbow to knee(each side) w/ 25 Reg crunch to finsh off.
- Royal Chair Leg Lifts 2 sets of 25
- Leg lifts hooked to cables w/ 40lbs Knee to Chest Laying on Bench
Today is Cardio Day =]. Gonna Bust Ass today running. I need some days off. Body is really achy from deadlifting. I dont want time off, but its probably one of the much needed things. Maybe take both Sat & Sunday completely. In fact on SAT i might do some static holds/lockouts. And Sunday Completely off or just cardio.
Notes:
There is a powerlifting woman(ex powerlifter). She saw when we were deadlifting and shes talking about how much she loves seeing us lift because were so young (she thinks around 25, because she keeps saying what i would give to be 25 again lol) Then i tell her about me briefly(weight loss history because she asked how long i was working out for and the 3 months answer really through her off. So i let her know about the knowledge of nutrition i have. She ends the conversation with "We'll you're very hot, dont let it get to your head, but damn you are really hot" Needless to say i was stunned, and said thanks and kept the convo going little bit longer. But needless to say it felt really good because this woman has def been around some big bro's/gals and prob has seen aalot of sexier people thank i am. I was proud of myself lol.
