Yea, i changed my mind, not a craving too much, just a guilt of my mother making it and it might go to waste. But i got GOALS!

Im prob gonna take off today from weighttraining for some cardio. I LOVE IT! =]

Log update!

Had a decent workout at the gym yesterday. Even tho my shoulder was bothering me. I only worked Biceps+Abs yesterday. I didnt feel it too much on the shoulder.

Biceps
  • Seated Concentrated Dumbel Curls: 25x10 30x7 35x7 25x10
  • Standing Hammer Curls:30x10 35x7 40x5 40x5
  • 21's w/ 60lbs: 4 sets
  • Preacher Curls on Machine w/ Rubber Band Set up: (60lbs x 10) x 4

Abs
  • Decline Bench w/ Rubberbands. Thick Purple Band
  • Swiss Ball work. 23 Crunches elbow to knee(each side) w/ 25 Reg crunch to finsh off.
  • Royal Chair Leg Lifts 2 sets of 25
  • Leg lifts hooked to cables w/ 40lbs Knee to Chest Laying on Bench

Today is Cardio Day =]. Gonna Bust Ass today running. I need some days off. Body is really achy from deadlifting. I dont want time off, but its probably one of the much needed things. Maybe take both Sat & Sunday completely. In fact on SAT i might do some static holds/lockouts. And Sunday Completely off or just cardio.

Notes:
There is a powerlifting woman(ex powerlifter). She saw when we were deadlifting and shes talking about how much she loves seeing us lift because were so young (she thinks around 25, because she keeps saying what i would give to be 25 again lol) Then i tell her about me briefly(weight loss history because she asked how long i was working out for and the 3 months answer really through her off. So i let her know about the knowledge of nutrition i have. She ends the conversation with "We'll you're very hot, dont let it get to your head, but damn you are really hot" Needless to say i was stunned, and said thanks and kept the convo going little bit longer. But needless to say it felt really good because this woman has def been around some big bro's/gals and prob has seen aalot of sexier people thank i am. I was proud of myself lol.

LOG UPDATE!!

Hey everyone, as usual the Friday - Sunday Log updates for everyone.

Friday
Cardio Only
Threadmill: 3 min warm up / HIIT/ Started at 5.0. One Minute Breaks/1st break up to 7.0/2nd break up to 8.0/3rd break/9.0/4th break 10.00.
Stairmaster: 15mins level 8.
Boxing: Random punching/kicking 15 minutes.

Notes: Legs starting bothering me again, looks like i got to go shopping for some good running sneakers. But besides that the cardio was intense.

Saturday
Chest + Abs

Chest
Flat Bench: warmed up to 225 (225 x 2) x 5, 185x5 135x15 135x10
Suspended Pushups: 50lbs vest. 7 Reps. 4 sets. Great. Pushed to failure.
Incline Dumbels: (75 x 7) x 4
Incline Fly's on cable machine: (50 x 10) x 4

Abs
Decline Bench w/ Thick Purple Bands: 15 reps x 3. Last Set only got 7, but did negatives since i had the bands on.
Swiss ball work: 50knee to elbows(both knees), 50 crunches, Total = 150 reps. 150 reps w/ 4 sets.
Royal Chair Leg Lifts: 25reps @ 2 sets
Leg Lifts w/ Ancles hooked to cables: (40lbs x 10) x 2

Sunday
Cardio Only - AM empty Stomach
Threadmill: 3 min warm up / HIIT/ Started at 5.0. One Minute Breaks/1st break up to 7.0/2nd break up to 8.0/3rd break/9.0/4th break 10.00. Tried to keep going, but legs were on fire as usual.
Stairmaster: 6mins w/ 50lb vest on @ Level 8. Then 4 mins w/o vest. Break 1 minute to wipe down. 10 mins w/ 50lbs vest on. @ level 6.

Notes: The stairmaster w/ the vest was killing me. Not leg wise too much this time, but cardiovascular system really got taxed. Unlike the threadmill, the stairmaster is low impact so it really saves my shins. I was DRENCHED after the stairmaster. I loved it actually. I could feel every muscle getting tired below the waist and my HEART RATE was flying. My goal on the stairmaster is 10 mins vest on/10mins vest off/10mins vest on @ level 8.

Bunny, My diet was GREAT for a weekend diet of mine. No junk really. And remember how we didnt like my morning meal too much? Well changed it up. For this week im going to have:

Oatmeal w/ Blueberries + Some Milk(nonfat)
Splenda
Protein Shake
Apples

My stomach is flattening/tighning up daily. I have also dropped some fat on the chest region, i think. But my stomach is more and more noticeable eveyrday. I figure I AM holding some h20 due to the sodium/ soy i eat everyday with the steamed chicken/broccholi/ brown rice. plus the MSG. SO i feel if i HAD to i could water deplete and looked ripped. im not going to since i dont have to.

I swtiched up the workout routine for this week. Im trying to hit a nice high number (420lbs) in the deadlift. I dont want to sqaut the day before deads.

Monday:
Sqaut
Abs

Tuesday
Triceps
Biceps

Wedsnesday:
Deadlift
Back work

Thursday
Bench
Shoulders(Light)

Friday:
Either Off, or Cardio day
Abs

Saturday:
Triceps
Chest

Sunday
Cardio Only Day or Off.
Abs

For the Days where is cardio only, or day off its most likely cardio day. Im addicted to the gym and when i need time off ill take it, but i got goals i need to reach so i need to bust ass!
