Pics are looking good.

For the 245 x 1 vid I noticed yor heals came off the ground at your sticking point = leaning forward. I think I have this problem also.

Good job on making the lift though, good determination.
 
Hey, just saw the vid & pics. Looking sharp, man. :rainbow:

Heels coming up . . . someone gave me a tip and it really helped: actually lift your toes up and think about trying to pull them up hard. it'll keep you firmly on your heels. Also, and I'm no expert or anything, but for me, I'd have a REAL tough time doing any kind of deep squat w/ those shoes on. I used to have tons of trouble but when i tried squatting barefoot (socks, actually), it really helped my balance. Just a thought . . ..

Yea, i think i know what was making mecome off my heels,

I was using the blue brace for sqautting wich was rolling and i was actually falling foward. I dont use the brace no longer just the bar. And it seriously helped me not lean foward. The damn brace would actually force my kneck down.

Yesterday was DEADLIFT day. Favorite Day. Couldnt hit 4 blue plates (20kg each) on each side, im guessing its from sqautting yesterday my legs and lower back took a beating.

My right shoulder also hurts, probably the stress, but i think it might just be sore. Ill be able to tell later in the day.

Pull Downs Behind kneck: 90x10 140x7 110x7 130x5 90x7
Dumbel rows: (65x10) x 4
Between Leg Barbel Row: 115x10 125x7 125x5 115x6
Seated Row on cable: 120x8 close grip 120x7 wide grip 150x5 close grip 110 x 10

I dont know why on the deadlift i couldnt keep up with last weeks. Lookin like the plateu is here! lol But seriously i think i just need some time between sqauts and deadlift. I think Bench Monday/Sqaut Weds/Dead Friday will have to be the new routine. lol

Great work on cranking on the volume after the heavier misses. Still too much fluff work afterwards though, pick one type of row and hammer the volume with them and get great at them.

I agree that it's probably best not to DL heavy the day after squatting heavy. I either like them on the same day, or space them out like Mon/Thurs or Tues/Fri or something along those lines.

I really wanna give you props for killing the volume after the 2 misses, thats what builds the strength.

Bunny, what do you think of this...Bowl of pasta w/ mayo + tuna, my mother made me a bowl and im sitting here contiplating eating it or not. Its too much pasta in it for me, (shells) not wholewheat. I can just bring it back home for her to eat, thats why im asking..

Pre Workout Meal if anything? When was the last time you threw some junk in the mix? You know I would have to pass, but our goals are different ... knowwhatI'msayin'?!

Eat up Lift Hard & Heavy ... get in some cardio ... you'll body should eat that right up and satifsy a craving if you really want it ... Up water intake though

Yea i was so dissapointed in myself for missing the 400lbs i wanted to break 400 so bad. Fuck it, Theres always another day for that.

Yea your right too much work afterwards, i feel really achy today feels great.
So im gonna cut the back workout to
  1. Deadlift
  2. Bent over Barbell Row
  3. Lat Pull Downs

Yea, im gonna work something out where have a even split between bench/sqaut/deadlift. Im just having a hard time figuring out a good split.

Thanks for the probs BigTT. I got nice video of it too, I was working out there with a kid that works there, he can easily hit 5 blue plates 20kg. each side. He missed his 440 attempt ( he hasnt deadlifted and wasnt warmed up, ive seen him lift heavier) and it really motivated me not to bitch out.
