scorpiogirl, Yea, try to see if anyone carries it around you! Its a good one, 50lb weights in it. They are all 1lb weights, and theres 50 of them around the jacket so u can change them to lighter untill ur used to it, but i bet your ready to rock with it!

ck2006, whats up girl!!! Yea, im blasting cardio whenever i can do it! Looking into some running shoes too, either the Air Max's 360 or some Asix, newbalance, etc. Thanks again for following, also switched this weeks LEG day to TODAY so i will be crushing today lol

Great Gym day today, really felt good. Hit some Great #’s. I know I will feel it today. Actually not even today, most likely Wednesday lol. Blew my max out on the Squat!



Legs *New PR for ATF Squat*
Squat: Warmed up to 185x10, 205x5, (225x5) X 4, *275x2*, 185x10 135x10

Back
Deadlift: 133x10, 221x3, 309x1, 398x1, 420x0(missed lift), 309x5

Notes:
Great Gym Day. Blasted a Squat PR. Told myself and partner I was going to rep out 225. BUT I felt great so I wanted to TRY 275. I nailed it 2x =]. I did it 2ce because I didn’t think I went too far down past parallel, I broke the plane but I like DEEP squats so I made sure the second one I got down w/ a pause.

I wouldn’t normally Deadlift on squat day, because of the stress, but im really trying to kill that shit and hit 420 on the god damn Deadlift. Felt really loose from squatting so went ahead and decided to Deadlift. Glad I did =]

Today I go ahead and kill Chest + Triceps, changed it up from my previous stated routine, because I want to have a max effort chest day, so if I hit triceps or shoulder before CHEST I wont have my max effort.

Looking for MANDATORY Triceps exercises

Close grip Bench
Dips
Skull Crushers


Are the three big guys in my arsenal? I will also do, triceps pushdown and pull downs.

Chest I will make sure to hit

Flat
Flat w/ Bands
Incline dumbbells
Incline Fly’s


Im going to MAX out today, so the bands after a max attempt should really kill me.

Sounds to me as if you’re knocking someone who has put a lot of knowledge & effort into his training ... but I am NOT going to assume and If I am incorrect I apologize 100% ... I am also confused.
