mcg vs mg please help

Received my Clen in the mail,

0.04mg are the dosages as read on the pack

all cycles are laid out in mcg format

Could someone please tell me the conversion of
MCG = MG MG= MCG

This would help a great deal I have done my own research and all formats are laid out in MCG's only
