So now my other shoulder is doing the same fucking thing! My workouts have been ok thou.... So any suggestions for my shoulder workouts?? Chest I'm doing per the link CS posted above. PCT starts next week then Vaca on the 1st and continue PCT and if I need to take time off and rest up shoulders I will at that point. Then I wanna get into the 5x5 program Zed laid out for me.
