Owl used that strap thing for fronts and loved it! Scared the crossfitters next to me since I shit myself twice on 2 differnt sets!!! Nothing like letting out forced air on the end of a squat when U cant do shit, literally! LMAO!!

Just been mad busy. like 3 weeks ago I messed my back up and almost stopped cycle and started PCT but after talking with OWL I just keep on as planned and after a few visits to the chiropractor and some massage therapy I feel good to finish up. So we shall finish up and get into PCT and get ready to do the 5x5 program! Thanks for checking in girl, your killing shit!

Well Zed, in 20 days I will show all before and after pics. First off, I was not in shape by any means to start my cycle. I'm gonna take a shit ton of flack but that's life! I have made tremendous gains with this cycle and could have made much better! I took RADARS advice and got my own BP monitor and was in very safe range my whole cycle! I don't condone doing a cycle under around 18% Bf depending on training experience. I know my body and fucking kill myself everyday with work, training, family and diet! My diet could be alot better! When you all see before you will shit! So if you wanna tell me what I did wrong...cool! I would rather have advice on where I should go from this point! Again if you wanna rag on me I understand BUT I wanted to get in awesome shape for my wedding and after my girl said she didn't care about a 6 pack and liked bulky.....well you'll see.....! All I can say is I look forward to working with you all! JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE!! LMAO! I know..........STFU! Love u all and I hope all is well with you and yours!

But I should clarify after I can't do anymore I use bands starting from least resistance till failure then up the resistance band if need be till I get 20. It really keeps me in awesome form plus I can get a heluva squeeze at the top! Trying to get wider, LOL every ones goal!

81Infantry for me too bro. Good ol 249 SAW with extra barrel bag was no one's friend on a 20 mile hump, LOL! 81 MM Mortars for me, Death From Above! Those fuckers were heavy even on a 5 mile hump!
 
Ah yeah, the only bonus to being lumped with the GPMG (General Purpose Machine Gun - what we call the SAW) was you'd never have to hump a LAAW, we had a whole platoon specifically for mortars. :evil:

Freaking sorry guys and gals, so busy!! Really can't wait for this wedding to come and go so we can get back to some kind of routine. Everything is going awesome besides my shoulder....not really sure what it is?? It's been a nagging pain for a long time just always lift thru it. It's like a sharp pain and it feels like it's in my bone?? Been using some stuff called Biofreeze and skeletal balm which has been helping allot. Anyhow, chest & tri's tonight and will keep trying to post up workouts cause I been slacking. Hope your all doing well!

I think an acromioclavicular joint disorder sounds like your problem. But you really ought to get it checked out in order to get the best treatment for you (cessation of the aggravating activity is usually recommended as well). And remember, most shoulder issues can take many months to fully recover from :(

Do your bench the way he says and you will get instant relief and add to your bench press.
Also you should prolly can the OHP and Upright Rows if you do any of them. They both shoulder killas for tator cuff injuries.

So now my other shoulder is doing the same fucking thing! My workouts have been ok thou.... So any suggestions for my shoulder workouts?? Chest I'm doing per the link CS posted above. PCT starts next week then Vaca on the 1st and continue PCT and if I need to take time off and rest up shoulders I will at that point. Then I wanna get into the 5x5 program Zed laid out for me. Hope you all have a safe and awesome Memorial Day weekend!!!

DB shoulder presses usually like 5 sets going up to 90 lbs

3 sets each front, side and rear laterals

face pulls

Shrugs

Sometimes I do Arnolds after presses depending on shoulder. Thank you....
 
On those Dbl presses if they bother you at all then do them with your palms facing your head. Also do not go lower then your eyes and do not lock out at the top.
