Everything is going very well! Between work, golf and training I've just been mad busy. I will get back to logging workouts starting tonight with chest & tri's. I took a series of pics which will be my last ones before I post my before & after pics in 24 days.

Flat BB bench = 135 x 15, 185 x 15, 225 x 10, 245 x 6

SS With

Iso incline presses = 90 (per side) x 15, 100 x 15, 110 x 12, 120 x 9

Incline DB flyes = 40 x 15, 50 x 12, 60 x 8

SS With

DB Pullovers = 60 x12, 60 x 12, 70 x 12

Low cable flyes = 40 x 15 x 2 sets

Mid cable fles = 40 x15 x 2 sets

High cable flyes = 40 x 15 x 2 sets

CGB = 135 x 12, 155 x 10, 155 x 10

Cambered bar pushdowns = 62.5 x 15, 75 x 12, 87.5 x 12

SS With

Overhead ropes = 70 x 15, 70 x 12, 80 x 12

Kickbacks = 20 x 15, 25 x 15, 30 x 15

SS With

Reverse cam bar pulldowns = 37.5 x 15, 50 x 12, 62.5 x 12

*Worst headache tonight while at the gym, almost left twice but said fuck it and finished out the workout. I'll post some pics tonight if I figure it out, if not tomorrow. Hope you all are doing good!
