Front squats - 185 x 5 x 9 sets

SS W/

Front, side and rear lat raises - 35 for all sets x 15 reps per 3 sets each

Leg presses - 320 x 8 reps x 5 sets

SS W/

DB shoulder presses - 90 x 10 reps x 5 sets

Very faced paced workout!
 
^^^COOL! Missed putting in my front squats - 225 x 5 deep reps 9 sets!

Owl used that strap thing for fronts and loved it! Scared the crossfitters next to me since I shit myself twice on 2 differnt sets!!! Nothing like letting out forced air on the end of a squat when U cant do shit, literally! LMAO!!
