1st Timers 1st Cycle........

2 - Lifting History:Kettlebell(2yrs)/very little weight training...mostly martial art partner/resistance training
3 - Height:5-10
4 - Weight:172
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...):14% tested this year(caliper)
6 - Diet:warrior diet in the past...moving to a high protein diet.
7 - Goals:Build sustained strength and add visible size.
I,m considering Liquid Nolva for my 1st PCT... any 1st hand experience/advice would be appreciated.
