lipoflame and winstrol diet

i am planning on taking lipoflame as soon as i finish this bottle of ds that i got....

but i must admit, i dont wanna lose any of the hard earned muscle even while dieting and dropping bf

i was thinking of taking lipoflame with the winstrol

cardio and diet in check of course, but my question is if im taking the winstrol, then what should my daily caloric intake as well as carb intake be??

im 5'10;;

18% bf

goal is to get down to 185 and around 12% bf
 
How many cycles do you have under your belt? When did you end your last cycle?

If you are just coming off a cycle and you also have not done an extensive amounts of gear, then I would skip the winny and just eat properly and try the lipoflame and maybe increase cardio a little.

Once you get down in weight do a full blow cycle. My philosophy is to keep the receptors as fresh as possible. I see no sense in running a winny only cycle if it is only your second or third time. Also, when you ended your last cycle will also play a part.

i wouldnt take winstrol alone

As far as Caloric Intake I always favor a very sparce and efficient diet.
Heavy on Phyto Nutrients and Vitamin Rich foods
Clean all muscle gains can be had so long as your diet is Principled

in short Supplementation can give you that edge WITHOUT the need for Anabolics

Anabolics simpl yallow for a supra pshysiological amount of protein tyo be synthesized
