Likely cause of shoulder discomfort? plz help.

I have some shoulder problems. They dont hurt very much but I can hear them kinda popping and snapping when I move my shoulders around.

This is from Overtraining, I know this. But, What was likely the direct cause?
1. I did some big seated Rows
2. Lots of Hanging Leg raise
3. DB Mil Press
4. Incline/Decline Flyes
 
that popping in an out sensation is a cause or your weak rotator cuff muscles.

All bodybuilding exercises for shoulders do not even touch the rotator cuffs so they get left behind when u build up the delts. If they are not strong enough they are jerky when u rotate your arm.

My advice is to find a webpage or some other place for some rotator cuff exercises.

Generally you should peform them with weights between 0-3kg at max in about 3 sets of 15+reps
 
Try searching on rotators exercises in here. There has been many different types brought up, and most of the posts have a link, picture or might still have a video.


FYI, 2-3 sets of 15-20 DB Cleans 3 times week, have eliminated all rotator cuff pain for me.
