I've been eating painfully healthy for the last 6 months. Like I'm eating a lot of chicken breast and tuna and veggies but I cant get the completely shredded look i want. I probably need to drop about 1% more BF. Last time I got measured I was 8%, I figure i'm between 7-7.5% now. I don't eat past about 8PM except for a can of tuna before I go to bed and on the weekends I cheat a lil' bit. I Go for about a half hour run uphill 4 days a week and workout at night time. Any supplements You can reccommend? Don't wanna hit up the ECA stack anymore because I seriously don't trust it. Anything anabolic you could reccommend? Don't really wanna take a needle but I'd be open to something like Animal stack if anybody thinks that would be a good boost, or maybe someone can throw me a little curveball in my diet? I'm pretty fuckin frusterated
