Last bit of Fat, How do i get rid of it? Reccommend me a supplement

I've been eating painfully healthy for the last 6 months. Like I'm eating a lot of chicken breast and tuna and veggies but I cant get the completely shredded look i want. I probably need to drop about 1% more BF. Last time I got measured I was 8%, I figure i'm between 7-7.5% now. I don't eat past about 8PM except for a can of tuna before I go to bed and on the weekends I cheat a lil' bit. I Go for about a half hour run uphill 4 days a week and workout at night time. Any supplements You can reccommend? Don't wanna hit up the ECA stack anymore because I seriously don't trust it. Anything anabolic you could reccommend? Don't really wanna take a needle but I'd be open to something like Animal stack if anybody thinks that would be a good boost, or maybe someone can throw me a little curveball in my diet? I'm pretty fuckin frusterated :evil:
 
Damn, you're pretty low as it is ... you may be holding on to some water. What's your sodium and potassium intake look like? If that's all in check, then I would recommend throwing in another day of cardio, like sprints or swimming. Something different then running up a damn hill just to switch it up.

PS. If you plan on getting Animal Stack or anything like it, just send your money to me. I'll make better use of it
 
try rejigging your diet?

it has been 6 months of repetitive eating after all......ibut 'm not too sure.

i'll leave a space for miss queen daisy to give her imput :D
 
I don't find Yohimburn worked all that well for me, just my opinion. You may want to try some thermorexin though and Acetyl-l-carnitine.
