i really didnt want to ask this but here it goes.....
when i started 4 months ago i used to get really pumped out, just friggen hardcore feeling...it was so great. but now, i can go to the gym and do my splits. i even change 'em up every 5 weeks, just to ensure im keepin the ole body guessin'.
so, im curious...the only pumped feelings i get anymore are on bicep/chest/forearm day...and thats only sometimes. i REALLY dont feel any pump on shoulder/tricep day. i even tried changing routine again.....didnt work!
i am always intense (except those occasional bad days...cant help those, i still try though)...i took a week off and still nothing...
i really didnt want to post this from earlier criticism that i ask dumb questions...but i am just very concerned for my gains...i gained a 4th" on my bicep...but when i started cutting, that went down the drain. back to 14"...
the only thing really working right now is my cutting...im a week and a day into my cutting cycle (2 months exactly), and i ran 5 days the first week and today, so already once for this week.(like u care)
anyways, sorry for the long read, and does anyone know wtf is wrong w/me? im eating good, excercising hard, and running to cutt/stay in shape....any suggestions? i have tried everything to my knowledge and everything that i have read. my lack of being pumped is discouraging my bb goals...thnx for reading if you got this far
