Your absolutely right, its not unfair for you to have suspicions about kw considering how he looks and especially to the degree you say you got burned. But it is most definantly unfair for you to ask that he post a picture of his FACE, on a steroid website, after he has admitted to using them. He definantly shows concerns about keeping his face off the net - he has every reason. I was simply pointing out the fact that you could have handled it in a much better way and avoided all this conflict. I still think you should apologize to him - others apparently agree with me. To add to this question.... KW did you have to do cardio to get down to that bodyfat? The reason I ask is if someone does do cardio to get down to that bodyfat, will they rebound back up if they stop the cardio?
My advice is to diet as hard as you can, and then when you reach a plateau, add the cardio. When you get to your goal, slowly cut back on cardio and then just do a maintainance level. If you feel you aren't as lean, up it again.
on the contrary kingwinny, what is your style/diet routine fir puttin on some muscle? if i diet down any more ill look really fugged up. whats your nutritional aproach to building muscle?

7 meals a day with 40g of protein and about 135g of fat per day will keep your muscles full even when training hard. Throw in some dextrose in your post workout shake and in 2 months you will be a totally new person.
7 meals 40g protein = 160 calories, 15g fat =135 calories = 1 meal 295 calories, so figure 320 calories per meal (it's hard to be completely carb free, PB and most protein shakes have a litt) * 7 meals = 2240 calories + your post workout shake 40g protein + 25g dextrose = 260cal.
Total= 2500 calories.
Guaranteed to keep the majority of your muscle and lose fat at the same time. Make sure you keep the intensity up at gym.
Most people when cutting, tend to do lighter weight at the gym...this is a BAD IDEA........keep the weights heavy or your body is going to maintain the amount of muscle required to lift the weight. If you use 60lb dumbells for incline press, you body is not maximizing its muscular potential, and you will not have as much muscle as you would if you did 100's or more.
Dieting cuts you up, not necessarily more reps.........if you want more reps, do supersets.
im not looking for cuts right now although id love em, im just to skinnyfat. dieting is only gonna make me look worst i need mor mass before i startt a shredding regimen.
