i was thinking of doing somewhat of a type of low cal diet. i got my bodyfat low now. but i was thinking about having my only carb source as skim milk????? a gallon has 16 servings 8 grams of protien per serving and 11 carbohydrates. so thats about 166 carbs and 128 grams of protien. and the rest of my food will be 1 can of tuna with flax 30 grams of protein. and 40 grams of protien from a piece of catfish. and one large serving of cabbage(carbs negligible)....so my totals are 200 protien 160 carbs from just milk and about 25 fats from flax and catfish. is milk not as good as refilling muscle glycogen like starches are??? is lactose as good as eating oatmeal or something like that. is milk not a good ideal carb choice does it only fill liver glycogen. is carb just a carb unless its fruictose?????/cause i know fruictose only goes to liver glycogen. im trying to make a nice maintance diet thats conveinent through the summer just three basic foods pretty much milk and fish and of course ill be taking multivitamins. is there any extra benifit from milk that other carb choices dont have?
