1x3 with 445 had maybe one or two left
1x2 with 475*pr on reps had maybe one left at most


Scotsman, my next comp will be sept 18th. I am really pushing myself for the next few monthsand hoping I can get a 605lbs dead, 300lbs overhead and 515 squat by Christmas.
 
Looking strong man. I think those goals are all reasonable for you to get maybe even a little more. Sept 18th should give you enough time to recover and be at your best again.
