3x5 with 405 big pr on reps and sets, spotter said each was definitely blow parallel
1x3 with 445 had maybe one or two left
1x2 with 475*pr on reps had maybe one left at most
Scotsman, my next comp will be sept 18th. I am really pushing myself for the next few monthsand hoping I can get a 605lbs dead, 300lbs overhead and 515 squat by Christmas.
