Gonna be a huge ass Battle
 
Tues workout-slightly modified to next comp but feeling real good about what I did today.

Split Jerk w/thick bar: 120x5, 170x5, 190x5-figuring out how the weight feels. 3x5 with 200lbs alternating feet on split jerk, felt really easy and with practice I think I can put up some good numbers.

Push Press w/thick bar: 2x8reps with 140-very easy but working on balance with thicker bar.

CG Bench: 135x5, 185x5-warm-ups. 3x5 with 225lbs-easy

Pause OHP: 2x6 with 130-shoulder were fried at this point, very tough.

Pushdowns: 3x8 with 70lbs on lat machine-easy

Modified facepulls: 60lbs 2sets to failure

Felt really good during todays workout, done in 40minutes. Gonna do some light cardio later by the pool.

Split Axle Jerk: 120x5, 170x5, 210lbs 3x5-PR volume
Axle Push Press: 140lbs 2x8-easy
Reverse Grip bench: 3x5 with 185, 2x8 with 135

Squat (raw): 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 355lbs 3x5, 315lbs 2x8
Shrug 225x2 sets of 10 reps and hold

I got 2nd, pretty much kicked ass untill some problems on the Conan's wheel being too high, so it hit the ground earlier than usual since I had to hold 540 at chest level,lol....

First two events I smoke everyone, 280 axle clean and press, and 5 stones in 42 sec, kinda tapered from there, need more endurance
