Looking at my latest performances and critiqueing my form I have come to a few conclusions:

A) I need more conditioning
B) I need more strength-legs, and upper back
C) I need more grip
D) I need more anaerobic endurance

So I will be working on these as my primary goals for the next few months. I will also clean up my diet and add some volume into my routine.
 
Sweet bro..At least you know where you want to concentrate and improve..I like your thinking seems like you have a battle plan!!!Any meathead can go into a gym and just move the weights with vision of where they want to be..good luck!!!
 
Back 5/26

Had to do back today, event though I am feeling residual effects from the comp on saturday I still did pretty well on the weight all together.

Seated Rows-110lbsx8, 120x8, 130x8. All reps were done with no back movement, full squeeze and hold at ab level.

Deadlift-(135x5, 225x5, 315x5 all warm-up sets) 365x4, 375x4, 385x4, 395x4, 405x4. Form was a little off but turned better during heavier sets, lockouts were easy but still tired from sat.

CG Pulldowns (underhand grip)-110x10, 120x10, 130x10. All reps were easy but worked on full ROM.

Breathing Squats-205x20, 205x20. Not exactly easy but the I had a lot left in me.

Shrugs-185x12, 205x12, 225x12, 245x12. USed a mixed grip and alternated for each set, very easy

Brought some gatorade to the gym to keep blood sugar stable, helped out a lot. I have a feeling the mixed grip will help my overall grip in the long run for shrugs, I will be adding powercleans or hyper ext soon. Later I will do somel ight cardio and stretching.

Well at leas one of us is smart enough to bring gatorade. ;) Great work man.

You should hit up bluegrass again w/Vinny. Would be good to compete against you again.

You thinking about nationals this year?

I am thinking of Nationals-bunch of guys who I have scores to settle with will be there, I would like to beat them, or at least Pitt.

I am not sure about Bluegrass yet, depends on money situation
