**Feeling "out of it" today for some reason....sluggish & tired....bah!

1/4 cup each: TJs Very Cherry Berry blend + Kashi cereal

1 Cardio Breeze - simply can't shake this blah! feeling....

Popped a 2nd CB - going to really need it for the gym tonite....

Thanks SBT....you have a good day too!! Got myself a pedicure today so now my toes are all pretty for Saturday.....

**Notes for self - To do list, rest of the week:

1) Pedicure - Done

2) Color hair/highlights

3) Manicure

4) PT - Friday am

5) 2 Lifting days remaining: Back/Biceps (Done) & Chest/Triceps + Abs (Done)

6) Pick up Father's Day goodies - Done

7) Get together "care package" of items for the girls in the show

Saturday am: OCB Eastern Seabord show (figure out what the heck to wear!)

Seated Rows, Overhand Grip @ Chest Level: 60lbs - 1x15; 2x14
Standing Curls w/EZ-bar, "21 Style": 10lbs Added - 1 set; 15lbs Added - 2 sets
Standing DB Hammer Curls: 15lb DBs - 4x10

Stationary Bike: 18 mins; 3.42 miles

4 oz. chicken grilled with 1 tblsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes

**Water Tally: 6 (16.9 oz) bottles of water + 16 oz. Crystal Light Tangerine/Strawberry with calcium (measured this today!!)

***I think I figured out why I feel so terribly - ovulating today - the pain finally kicked in this evening....ouch!! And I'm bloated....

Mashed "potatoes" - Actually 1 small head of cauliflower mashed with 1/4 LF/LS chix broth + 1/4 cup skim milk + spices (ate all of it)
5.25 oz. serving of Tyson Heat N Eat Roast Pork w/gravy
1 cup Bird's Eye Baby Pea blend
(figured this dinner would be something different - like comfort food)
6 (literally) goldfish crackers

Pain Med (definitely need it!)

**Knee aches tonite & is still.....rain moved in tonite & it got damp.....a trend!! My knee is now a barometer! :rolleyes:
