**Day 12 No Alcohol!!

*Woke up with that cramped/pinched muscle in my shoulder again...Treil!! Help!!

8:20am
1 Glucorell

8:30am
1 travel mug of coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 2 tbslp. FF creamer

8:40am
6 HB egg whites
1 Cinn/Raisin mini bagel + 1 tblsp. Cream Cheese

Uhhhohhhh How have you been sleeping???? On your side or stomach?? That could be the culprit.

I'm normally a side sleeper......but I did wake up on my stomach once this morning......This is common for me - this shoulder thing......it's a knot that when you push on it, is crunchy.....Need you to fly out for an emergency massage!! :lmao:

Levator scapula muscle...
Get off your stomach and side, sleep on your back!!!

(I went to make that a URL it's having issues.. take the space out of the path name in the word stretch)

Do the levator stretch, second stretch down on the right.
Heat the area 15 minutes periodocally throughout the day.

1 problem - I CAN'T ever sleep on my back!! Tried it after surgery & no go....I just can't fall asleep....and I have trouble falling asleep anyways due to other reasons.....so I don't need anything else preventing me from sleeping......

If you 'have' to sleep on your side make sure you use a body pillow to rest your leg on or pack pillows around you to prevent from the rolling over onto the stomach... Worst possible sleep position ever.
