OK sure.....I have enough waffle mix made up for the next 5 days.....Hope you don't mind kitty-cats....

Flat Bench Press w/Standard Bar: 0lbs - 1x15; 10lbs Added - 1x14; 30lbs added - 1x12; 40lbs Added - 1x12; 45lbs Added - 1x12
Incline Flyes: 25lb DBs - 1x8, 1x10, 1x8
Standing Overhead Tricep Extensions: 12lb DB - 2x15*
*Each Side
Incline DB Press: 35lb DBs - 1x10, 1x6; 30lb DBs - 1x8
Cable Crossovers: 30lbs* - 1x15; 40lbs* - 2x12
*Each Side
Cable Rack Pushdowns, 21-Style: 70lbs - 3 sets

Walk Home; 30 mins
**I can officially say my chest/arms are FRIED!!

PWO Shake: 2 teaspoons Glutamine, 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 1.75oz. strawberries, shot of vanilla extract, ice & water

**Water Tally: 6 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of SF Lemonade + 1 (16 oz) glass of CL Lemonade

Takeout Greek Salad (romaine, olives, feta, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper)
3 oz. grilled chicken + 2 tblsp. Newman's LF Sesame Ginger Dressing

2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

2:30pm
1 Tropicana NSA Fruit & Creme "ice cream" bar

3:55pm
~ 9 oz. Fuze Diet Green Tea

Grilled Pork Ribs (2)
~ 1 cup Potato Salad
1/2 cup Green Beans
2 TJs Mushroom Turnovers

Multi + 1 serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM blend
