sorry i haven't responded soonner... busy packing the boy up etc...

but I saw your pics a few days ago.... and wow missy you have really out done yourself!!!! I can remember just a few short months ago when you were contemplating competiting and you were really uncertain about the whole thing... You have really proven that when you set your mind to something anything is possible... So you better be PROUD!! and dont let that whinner at the gym take anything away from that!!! YOU EARNED THIS!!!! Just because she is a poor sport dont feel like you should accommidate her.

and you are not allowed to feel bad about your cheat meals!!!! you earned every BITE!!!!!!!!!

I'm planning on Doing the show Oct 29, yes.......

Well I figured I'd follow the diet she gave me previously (and use 40/30/30 macros) since it worked for me before........I might call her up to go see her - but I might not need to......I'll be following the workout program on the thread I posted.......

1/2 cup dry oats + cinnamon + 2 packets Splenda + 1 teaspoon Glutamine

10 Tropicland Broccoli Florets

Multi + Calcium + 1 Vit C tab

**Been cooking up healthy foods all day: chicken, fish, turkey burgers.....got a lil steak in the freezer too - so I may cook that up too!

3:00pm
4 oz. baked Tilapia - baked with red pepper flakes, Mrs. Dash & black pepper
1 cup fresh steamed green beans
1 teaspoon flax oil + red wine vinegar

1 Glucosamine + 1 B-Complex

**Still bloated today although it's tapered off slightly...The bloat + the ProTan flaking off looks pretty bad!! I'm a mess!!
