Applied YES (after showering & exfoliating earlier)

9:00am - Drove to gym
Treadmill - 5 minute warmup; Walk @ 8-9% incline for 25 mins; 30 mins total time; 1.86 miles
Stairmaster - 15 mins @ Level 10; 64 Floors
5 minute cooldown on Treadmill

Abs
Ball Toss on Decline Bench - Catch ball, do a sit-up, toss ball, repeat - 3x25
Burnout after each set of situps - Toss ball back & forth for a 25 count while holding in a crunch position

HR Monitor shows 336 cals burned

6 Hard Boiled egg whites + black pepper
1/2 cup dry oats + 2 packets Splenda + cinnamon + 1 tsp. Glutamine

Drove to tan.......

**Once I got home is where my day fell apart completely. I'm finding myself COMPLETELY OBSESSED with junk food, primarily sweet things. I'm already thinking of NOT doing the 10/29 show as I don't know if I can do the diet again. I feel like I've been dieting for SO DAMN LONG that I just don't want to diet again. To be honest - I'm enjoying the junk food and I just don't feel like cutting it out - although the Tastykakes are gone now, which is good. My head just isn't "in it" right now. Since I haven't reserved a room for the NJ show or even mailed off my entry fee - I still have some room to think about it/decide - but I feel out of control with my food, yet don't really want to reign it in. I'm between a rock & a hard place right now. I don't feel depressed so to speak, but I'm tired of the restriction & limitations yet I'm tired of how I feel eating like crap. *sigh*

It hasn't even been a week since your last show :)

Remember the changes you made when Tracy took over & the new diet came into play :) This all happened in a few weeks.

It's up to you (3 shows is a lot!) But, remember you still have a month & as long as your back on track by the weekend, you will be ok.

I keep telling myself that (what you said) but I also don't want to use it as an EXCUSE to keep gorging. Again - the Tastykakes are gone - so I'm OK there & I hope the hubby will eat the remaining 3 cookies tonite.

I simply CAN'T throw food away - too many years of Catholic school & a Catholic mom who ingrained in me that it's a SIN to do so........ :rolleyes:

I've got some Pluses tho: I've been back in the gym since Tuesday and I've been back on supps since Wednesday and I've been drinking my Gallon + in water per day. I just need to get the food in line.
 
OH and guess what? I tried chatting with Maryanne this morning - she answered me but wasn't real chatty. I'll leave her alone from now on....... :rolleyes:

I don't know if it's too soon to tell if she's taking it out on you (it seems like she is)

I would suggest upping some digestive enzymes, drinking tons of water (1.5-2 gallons), and taking 2 Sesamax 3 times a day (max dose).

P.S. Are you still taking the D-Root? If you ran this, then dropped this completely at once, without, weening off it, I can see that causing 'some' of the bloat/swollen feeling (speaking from personal experience here).

Can you switch to T-Rex if you are not already taking? I went back to T-Rex, helping with Appetite supression BIG TIME for me.

You look amazing!

And as far as the wanting those devil foods.. i can understand. Sometimes you just need a break. That doesn't mean going all out and having junk all the time, but we all know on comp diets there is no cheat meals. You've been kicking ass for a long time now and your body is talking to you.

Don't go off the deep end but I suggest you listen to your body. I had to just completely come to terms with the fact that the other two comps I wanted to do were unrealistic. Both emotionally and physically.. it just wasn't healthy for me when my body told me to stop.

That being said there are more comps later... Don't jeopardize your health or well being, not to mention your sanity for a trophy :rose:

You did it once, you learned alot about your body and yourself, how far to push and how hard to push. You can do it again, a month from now, a year from now... You chose.

I took 2 Sesamax today at noon-ish........and upped my Trex today to 2x a day - 1 pill 2x a day, hoping that the appetite suppression will kick in. I'll take 2 more Sesamax with my next meal in about an hour or so.....

I was taking Taraxatone the week before the show, ran out then took D-root - which I stopped cold on Sunday. :worried: The bloat is WAY down - still a little bit there, but a lot less than what it was. The uncomfortable feeling is gone.


And yes - I won't bother with Maryanne from now on - if she wants to be like that, then let her.


Going to shoot for 100% clean tomorrow!! That's my goal!! :verygood:
