Jcm's road to the 2013 npc Southern Classic!

50 reps would kill any normal man!!!! Thats why he can do it.... not normal. How ya been buddy? I haven't been on here in a wile but ya done made it up to 19 pages with this log, good deal. Need some stats man weight, and bf % . i wanna see what kinda muscle you done put on. Maybe we get on stage together next year together, im deep in your weight class now lol.

So I never updated after friday's chest and arm workout! Sorry for the delay! It was a pretty good workout. My strength is almost 100% and it feels great! So were we go!

So tonight was legs and it went really well. I decided to go heavy and they are toast! So here we go!

So that was it! 3 exercises! Pretty much all of the squat sets were semi warm ups until the set of 425 where I went all out...well almost. Lol. My quads are so toast! When u go ass to calves every rep u have no choice but to feel it! On another good note... I am up to almost 218lbs and still just as lean! Probably sub 10%, def no more! Can't wait to keep improving!
