So I had a bit of catching up to do today! I combined chest with arms and it was a very productive workout! Here we go...

Chest
Exercise1 db flat bench

So that was it! The two biceps drop sets were absolutely killer and I had a sick pump! My chest is getting stronger every week and my pec is holding up great! As far as the tris I only did one exercise (didn't have much left after chest) but I made sure to make it a tough superset for a great pump! I was very satisfied with today's workout!

So back is done for the day!! I had a pretty good workout! The first two exercises really torched my back but that's okay. So here we go...

So that was it!! Short and simple. The rows and deadlifts were pretty tough and by the time I got to the superset I was just going for a good stretch and pump. I was pretty happy with today and my strength is coming back quickly! Hopefully I will have more good updates for this week!

Shoulders down and in the books! The pain in my shoulder is down even more and my strength is steadily increasing! Here we go...

As u see I went pretty heavy on the db military ans by the time I got to the Smith I was pretty tired. On the Smith I kept the rest period to about 45 sec and just went for a maximum pump. I worked up to a decent weight on db laterals and felt very strong there. All together I felt it was very successful!

Leg day in the books!! I really toasted them today! The back pumps kept me limited a bit but I pushed through! Here we go!

That was it! As u see the workout was very simple. High reps (except for the lunges) with very short rest periods. The squats and lunges were very tough because of the back pumps but I pushed through. By the end I had no definition in my legs...just huge masses of meat! Lol.

50 reps would kill any normal man!!!! Thats why he can do it.... not normal. How ya been buddy? I haven't been on here in a wile but ya done made it up to 19 pages with this log, good deal. Need some stats man weight, and bf % . i wanna see what kinda muscle you done put on. Maybe we get on stage together next year together, im deep in your weight class now lol.
 
hows the NPP and deca treating you bro?

Its been pretty good so far man! I haven't had any negative side effects but must muscles are staying very round and full and strength is increasing as well. I am pleased so far!
