Hi there! Just read your reply on the low carb cycle thread. Would you please send me your diet!? I would really like to lean out... I am having trouble with my diet. Been using the CKD approach but not working. I think I kinda overdid on the carb refeed during the weekend, I guess for me right now I don't need to do a refeed. Add to that I am on gear...
