So this week has started off pretty good so far. My beginning weight of this cycle was 202lbs (up 4lbs after being sick) and with good constant diet and training I am at 211lbs at the end of week 1! My strength and endurance is finally starting to come back and it feels awesome! So on to the workout...
Exercise1 bb rows
225x30
225x30
225x30
Exercise2 bb deadlift
315x15
315x15
315x20
Exercise3 wide grip lat pulldown
200x12
200x10
200x8
Exercise4 cable pullover
50x12
50x12
50x12
So that was it! Short and sweet. By the time I got to pulldowns my back was toast! I decided to keep it a bit lighter today to give my joints a break and I really focused on getting some good reps! The pump I got was awesome and my whole back is beat! Hopefully I will keep it up this week!

Last set I did of rack pulls in 2010 before getting injured was 725 for 6. I got tweaked in my form on the last rep and pulled every muscle up my left side core, abs, serratus, obliques ect. Couldn't sneeze or cough for a month without major pain lol. Only reason I was rack pulling is because I tore a small spot in my abdomen(umbillical hernia)
