first, blacks don't call each other nigger, they call each other nigga.

second, some black use it in the familiar sense, like "hey nigga, what's up." some black people find the term nigga unacceptable.

you can do anything you want, its a free country. I've called my friends nigga. I'm not sure if it's acceptabel to do so, but I'm not doing to hurt anyone.

and as I wrote before, both words have different meanings. nigger is offensive, nigga is like bro, or buddy or whatever.
