I just got a digital camera and i was thinking about making an .mpg of my next glute shot. Let me know if you want it or if i could help in any way. I'll try to edit it down to a small enough size so that the people without a high speed connection can get it too.

Keep the file as small as you can, but at a good resolution. Send it to me and i'll put it on a website so others can acces it when needed. Or maybe others elite Fitness members with website will wnat to put it on.

That is a good idea, but the MPGs would require a relatively fast modem to view properly. I will look into it and see what I can do.

Flex your tricep and find the outer head. Pick a meaty spot and mark it. Then relax your tricep and use a 1/2" needle to inject.
