hey guys,

im gonna do my first injection on monday. Im really scared of fucking soemthing up. Im gonna be injecting in the thighs. Do you guys have any good tips when injecting? Ive read over lots of different procedures on how do inject properly...but Im looking for some additional advice...especially on how to avoid infections or even worse, an abcess.

To avoid infections make sure everything in sterile. Always use new needles and clean the injection site with alcohol.

I would rotate sites to avoid an abscess. I never inject into the same site more than once a week.

im going to be drawing from two different bottles. do u think this will dull the needle too much? I was thinking of switching needles after I draw from the bottles, but I only have a limited supply.

Rotate sites often and it should not be a problem, especially for those of us using low doses, if your doing 5cc EOD then you have to be using a lot of damn sites.

Do what macro said. The glutes seem to be the most forgiving when starting out. Don't touch the needle in any way, wash your hands first, rub the area down with alcohol and the tops of the vials. Don't blow on them to dry them.. You'll be fien, your mind is tripping ya. Ya get another needle to draw with or your gonna be more sore than you need to be! Good luck.

rickcorso- Good luck on your upcoming cycle bro. I have had to stick my needle into the rubber twice and it was still sharp enough so that it didnt hurt going in. i guess it all depends on the users tolerance and sensitivity
