I would say both
but off its going to help big time , you would just take more of it off cycle than on.
remeber it has potent antioxidant potential, and immunological benifits, so you would want to take when you work out just for that.
but all the other attributes are good as well =)
hard not to make it sound like a pancea, you guys have been very kind listening to me REALLY hype it, but since its pretty new, and we believe in it, it kinda has to be done.
