Honestly, there is absolutely no reason for you to be thinking about juicing at this point. Aside from obvious reasons, if you can't get to around 200 naturally, you won't be able to keep any gains from juicing right now anyway.
I didn't see how tall you are, but you should be able to gain weight at 160lbs fairly easily. It all comes down to how much food you're taking in. I went from 185 to 225 in the last 5 months, gaining very minimal fat, just by eating a TON of GOOD food coupled with increasing weights each and every workout. If you happen to be shorter, my workout partner is 5'5 or 5'6 and is up to 183lbs at that height, food and progression being the keys also. We are both 100% natural.
Keep your head up, be proud of your progress thus far. Realize also, that it is going to be a struggle, don't feel like it should just be handed to you... you must work for it, otherwise EVERYONE would be walking around looking like beasts, and there would be nothing special about obtaining it.
I don't think anyone has asked yet, but post up your current diet, and we can help tweak it to keep you gaining. GL.
