Impossible to get big w/o steroids?

Honestly, there is absolutely no reason for you to be thinking about juicing at this point. Aside from obvious reasons, if you can't get to around 200 naturally, you won't be able to keep any gains from juicing right now anyway.

I didn't see how tall you are, but you should be able to gain weight at 160lbs fairly easily. It all comes down to how much food you're taking in. I went from 185 to 225 in the last 5 months, gaining very minimal fat, just by eating a TON of GOOD food coupled with increasing weights each and every workout. If you happen to be shorter, my workout partner is 5'5 or 5'6 and is up to 183lbs at that height, food and progression being the keys also. We are both 100% natural.

Keep your head up, be proud of your progress thus far. Realize also, that it is going to be a struggle, don't feel like it should just be handed to you... you must work for it, otherwise EVERYONE would be walking around looking like beasts, and there would be nothing special about obtaining it.

I don't think anyone has asked yet, but post up your current diet, and we can help tweak it to keep you gaining. GL.

k fixed.

thanks man, im about 5'7" and 16 years old and my goals to be around 180lbs ripped. i know its not going to be easy, but i will put alot of work in to reach there.

My diet so far consists of 2500-3000 calories:

Meal1: oatmeal, milk, cereal, PB sandwich
Meal2: any fast food such as KFC, mcdonalds, fried noodles
Meal3: pre workout meal: milk, sandwich with smoked turkey or chicken
Meal4: PWO meal: milk+1 scoop whey, rice, chicken/beef,
Meal5: veggies, fruits, and more rice+chicken
Meal6: PB sandwich with milk.

At this point in your lifting, I would say, take in more calories...dont worry about adding some fat, you'll be able to cut it later. It's much easier to cut fat than it is to gain muscle. So increase your cals, gain some quality muscle, and strip the fat off later.

btw...from 120 to 145 you look like a totally different person...

i thought it through and decide that if i stick to it ill turn out big in a few years.
'turn out big'? You need to eat more to get bigger. It isn't something that just happens on its own. If you're 160 now, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be 170 in 3 month's time, 180 in 6 months and 200 a year from now.

and lol @ 180 being huge. must still be in school.
no shit unless his friend is 5 ft tall, 180 is not huge. not sure it's even average. anyways, 7 months of working out ain't shit. ask us after you've been training for about 5 yrs straight, but by then you'll see for yourself what is possible thru natty training (and it's actually alot)

well to be honest i've been working out for 7 months now and i have seen gains, but they arent that significant. ive gone from 120lbs to a decent 160lbs now but i still look tiny compared to my buddy who juices. He went from 130lbs to a big 180lbs now and hes huge, his gains went through the roof. the lack of gains or rather slow progress ive been seeing in myself have put me down mentally. my weight gains are slowing down but im still dedicated. my goal is to reach 180lbs by 5 months but i dont think thats possible at the rate im going now.

No offense but:

180 and jacked?
40 pounds in 7 months and you are complaining of slow progress?
You went 40 in 7 but you think 20 in 5 is impossible?

Read up...This site isn't designed to hold your hand. Most don't take easy to questions asked that you could have figured out with 5 minutes of reading.

Don't give any more thought to going on the sauce. For starters, it's a really bad idea at your age. You're still growing and steroids will put a stop to that.

Secondly, as Dev mentions, no offence but you're a complete newbie to lifting. 7 months is very little time and it'll be a another couple of years before everything really clicks.

Thirdly, this is an ideal time to learn to grow naturally. As someone in mid-teens, you have a massive amount of testosterone and growth hormone being produced by your body. In a few years time, assuming you still lift by then, you'll know how to gain or lose weight with or without drugs.

Just keep lifting, eating and getting enough sleep. Try to drink a quart of milk with every meal. You're just scratching the surface at the moment.
