Stillskinny said:well to be honest i've been working out for 7 months now and i have seen gains, but they arent that significant. ive gone from 120lbs to a decent 160lbs now but i still look tiny compared to my buddy who juices. He went from 130lbs to a big 180lbs now and hes huge, his gains went through the roof. the lack of gains or rather slow progress ive been seeing in myself have put me down mentally. my weight gains are slowing down but im still dedicated. my goal is to reach 180lbs by 5 months but i dont think thats possible at the rate im going now.
I'm going to make a general comment.
Of course the poster made great gains. But like all of us, he'll reach a point where he'll stagnate at a certain body weight and strength.
Then he must add aas to grow and get the body builder look. It took me 40 years to simply admit that aas makes all the difference. Be it 100 mgs a week or 750 in a cycle, you must take something to make that big jump.
Just be certain you have gotten all you can out of dieting, natural body building routines and recovery. Then stick that needle in your butt and get big.
