when i was starting out and poor, i was 15 years younger but i looked 10 years
older than i do now.

i really don't feel old. i run circles around guys half my age. i have 4 businesses,
70 + employees, 4 kids and a 27 year old wife. i laugh when peeps tell me they
can't find time to work out!!!

laid-back (no pun) weekend. . .no big plans. . .took the kids to a football game last night. . .doin' a little office time now, cleaning up some stuff from last week, getting ready for next week (gotta put in that "after hours" time if you wanna have time to work out ). . .gonna go home in a couple of hours, have a couple beers, play some guitar, molest the wife. . .tomorrow. . .church, bike-riding with the girls, take my one daughter (our aspiring athlete) to the gym and put her through her paces. . .

thanx ariel. i've worked very hard and sacrificed for many years to
be in this position. when i spot an employee with potential, the
first thing i want to know is this: " are you willing to sacrifice and
delay gratification for years, if that's what it takes?"
