i'm on a gram of sust. every week and i'm trying to bring up my arms(biceps specifically) HELP PLEASE!

i'm not sure if im posting this in the right section or not but i figure since im using steroids i should ask in this forum.. anyways<> i'm 5'8'' about 220 right now and pretty much my entire body is ahead of my arm development. they are only 17 & 1/2'' cold maybe 18'' pumped . i will do anything to get them to grow ! please will someone give me some kind of arm routine or advice on getting these stubborn ass biceps to grow??
 
dont hit them too hard; i just read that they are a very small muscle group so if your hittin back extrememly hard, ur biceps should give out first. then a couple of dumbell sets with 5-7 reps should pump them out real good and ull see size come along. jus dont overtrain them.

i do hit back very hard but i have been thinking that its impossible to overtrain them when on gear .. maybe i am overtraining them ? my split usually looks something like this:
sun.=back
mon.=chest
tues.=legs
wed.=arms
thurs.=shoulders
friday=legs again (lighter weight more reps)
 
no way i would train legs twice in one week, expecially with back thrown in there. Thats really three legs days if your back day includes deads. That overtraining to me. The only exercises i would consider training more than once a week would be calves, maybe forearms, and biceps maybe. Of course thats if you're not running a special program that requires you to work a ceratin bodyparty more than once per week.

my split consists of
chest + triceps and biceps on same day
day rest
legs
day rest
shoulders traps
day rest
back
day rest

i sometimes will change this up, but thats it in a nutshell. if i ever plateau, i may either take time off, change my sets/reps around, change exercises, increase weight, decrease weight, but i almost never train the same bodypart twice a week if i can help it.
 
Nelson Montana wrote some really interesting stuff in on arms in one of his books. I can't remember which one tho. Maybe if you ask really nice he will post some of it up here.

I like the K.I.S.S principle as it refers to training.

First and foremost genetics will be the biggest player if your diet and supplementation are in check.

Secondly, I like to keep it simple, stupid. Principle.

Heavy and hard with strict form. Basic compound movements like:

Triceps:
Skull Crushers
Close grip bench press

Biceps:
Barbell Curl
Preacher curl

I find that doing more than 9 sets per bicep/tricep workout is too much. Work them hard and heavy and fast with amazing form. If results still do not become appreciable, start employing other unconventional training methods.

The tricep is actually a larger muscle then the bicep. Make sure you are working them equally .
 
Hahaha. Personally I can't really help you as I don't really work arms much at all. I can tell you my arms are almost 16 inches now and they've gotten that big from doing heavy ass deads mostly. Chins will really helps, as will Lat pulldown, and other back exercises.

I've never been on steroids. However from my knowledge there is no need to worry about overtraining when you are on ONE GRAM A WEEK!
