chest + triceps and biceps on same day
day rest
legs

shoulders traps
day rest
back
day rest
i sometimes will change this up, but thats it in a nutshell. if i ever plateau, i may either take time off, change my sets/reps around, change exercises, increase weight, decrease weight, but i almost never train the same bodypart twice a week if i can help it.
Not if your doing deads correctly. The motion of your legs should be like a cheat squat, and if you lift with your upper body your legs shouldnt feel anything. I know mine dont and I pulled 115kgs 4x10 on a Friday, with Sore legs from Monday.
