Third low day in a row today as we really try for new found condition next week.
3 weeks out on the dot today so time to really dig in when needed, we will most likely get a high next week but tomorrow morning pics and weight to coach to see if we run another low tomorrow or a training day cals.

30g peanut butter
(I make my peanut butter into a satay sauce with sweetener)
This was a new style to a meal on a rest I do was amazing volume and elite taste
