Happy with new low and 800g off this week, been an amazing week in the books too training has been elite lately and tbh feeling better than I’ve probably felt in 12 months with less bodyweight from offseason. This will change but it’s nice to be doing it relatable easily atm as I’ll be so ready for the dig when it comes.

Coach is super happy with the look, going for 100mg more primo to try bring the dryer look and more pop with potentially not having to add mast or anything else in that regard as I don’t normally respond well to mast.

Slight carb reduction on rest day and 15g fat reduction from training and rest with 1x extra 20min cardio session added per week.

The plan is to keep training day cals higher to really drive performance and not let that fall off, we want to be about 5kg-6kg within cap at 8 weeks out and definatly on track for that with 9kg to go and no fat burners or tren ect in yet.

I think I capped at about 950 carb and a bit more fats than this.
But start of prep from memory was 280p 750c and 75f so haven’t lost a lot on training days so far and the body fat is falling off so we’re in a great fkn spot imo

It’s always a little slow

Plan this week is move up steps to 12k training days 1x extra 25min cardio which takes to 4x per week and 30grams carb less training days.
Upto 60mcg Clen everyday too, still holding off on tren and Stan as the look is there and not really any need for it atm which I’m happy with as more is not always better imo.

6.4kg to go to make weight cap and in a good spot.

Another good one and happy with added detail to shots, coach is happy and changes for this week are 10g less fat training days and 20carb reduction too so not much, stanazol will come in this week at 50mg so that’s shoulder dry and harden this look up even more
