Coach is happy and quiet a few changes coming in this week.
Training day cals are going to come down by 45g carbs but we will implement a 700carb refeed on Thursday this week to try and mitigate the cns that is being created from quads and try reduce some inflamation, the condition is getting there now so it’s just a matter of sucking down the last 5ish kgs

Refined today as we are trying to pull down on accumulation of fatigue from quads now as I push them fkn hard normally, now it’s more about stimulating rather than annihilating.

Coaches orders are no backoff sets no intensifiers and RPE8 which to me is fkn boring so wasn’t the most thrilling session but we want the result now not what I enjoy so just listen and do.

On a moderate carb day today after 6 lows so that was nice for legs, as of this morning weight didn’t move off the moderate carbs so that’s a good sign it washed some fatigue off and refilled glycogen well so back to digging !!!

Refined today as we are trying to pull down on accumulation of fatigue from quads now as I push them fkn hard normally, now it’s more about stimulating rather than annihilating.

Coaches orders are no backoff sets no intensifiers and RPE8 which to me is fkn boring but yesterday felt alright I pushed the ham curl pretty hard
