A few questions, why such low calories was one!
Just to clarify for my log, I have just finished a cut, I have been cutting for 12 weeks and went from around 83-74 kgs, this was mostly done on 250 test e, adding 40mg of var and 25mcg clen for the last month to dial in to just under 10% body fat!
Now my plan is to reverse out of this hence why I’ve started the sassy log. The cals will be going up this week as well as the training will change! Keep your eyes peeled as it will be great to try pack on some mass while still keeping in reasonable shape
