I went over to the Training Board.... and I learned...

that most people on here are obsessed with cutting corners in their workouts. they are trying to finish quicker, do fewer sets, spend less time in the gym... etc...

There were several posts there on routines that had like 5-8 total bicep sets in them. Same for shoulders. WTF?

People around here getting scared to bust their asses in the gym now?

WTF?? Only 5 to 8 sets per body part? How fucking pussy! Everyone knows the fucking pro do at least 20 sets per body part.
 
I do 15/body part...Legs get an extra 5. I don't frequent the training board, but I do find that my questions are usually answered in a very timely manner there.
 
I usually do 12 sets per....I'm all about quality, not quantity.
