I went over to the Training Board.... and I learned...

I'm considered outragous by fellow gym members for doing 20-25 sets on my larger muscle group and 15-20 for smaller. It works for me and that's all that matters. I'm in the gym for 2 and a half hours easy.

I don't think i've ever gone over 16 consistently
 
finally some people are talking here, whenever I went to training board they kept telling how never do more than 2-3 sets and 8-10 reps

not to mention train once a week

I do have to play basketball everyday but I'm not a complete weak souce
 
Fuck that, I have a hard time getting out of the gym. Workouts go into overtime and I just want to get one or two more sets in when I should be done. Never had that problem.
 
This is what it takes. Work. You got to work for it. Work hard. Cause ain't nobody gonna give you nuthin. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but don'ts nobodys wants to lift no heavy ass weight.

I get better gains doing 3 sets per muscle group than i did when i did 20... it's quality not quantity... and more importantly- what works for you.

I agree, it is what works for the individual. I get my best results my lifting like a madman. :)

I never do more than 8 sets for ESPECIALLY Biceps. I simply can`t recover from the workouts if I did more. It`s that simple. NATURALLY I can`t do it.
 
I do like jumping rope for shoulders and calves though, does that make me a pussy? Well, I do like pussy, so ok, I'm a pussy-lover!!!
