I'm considered outragous by fellow gym members for doing 20-25 sets on my larger muscle group and 15-20 for smaller. It works for me and that's all that matters. I'm in the gym for 2 and a half hours easy.
Fuck that, I have a hard time getting out of the gym. Workouts go into overtime and I just want to get one or two more sets in when I should be done. Never had that problem.
This is what it takes. Work. You got to work for it. Work hard. Cause ain't nobody gonna give you nuthin. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but don'ts nobodys wants to lift no heavy ass weight.
