I ran a high dosage last cycle does my next one need to be as big to get gains?

I know this thread hasn't been used in a few days but i'm just wondering if i was actually wasting gear last time round by taking so much or if more gear means more gains? Oh and for the record decided to take your advice and not bother going back on, gona try gain naturally and maybe start a cycle early next year

12 weeks. When ur ready. Learn how to grow first, If u can't gain naturally, u won't gain on gear its as simple as that. Steroids are no miracle its been said a million times..
Ur not just risking ur health, ur wasting ur time.. can u understand why this pisses us off??
 
you only bench 220 4X and you are 6 1 and 185 pounds. that is woefully weak for your size. i'm NOT flaming you, but I am being real with you!! if you did a competition for strength you would realize this when you watch other guys who are 185.

and you were 150 pounds before running steroids which tells me you are a skinny dude. you didn't have much muscle or fat on you. so you have a decent base to work with to train naturally and EAT and not worry about gaining a couple % of fat in the process.

this also tells me you are way below your genetic potential, even today after your cycle.

the problems are obvious: your diet is not a bodybuilders diet, not even close.. more like a college kid working at chili's diet. you're a noob at training.. i can guarantee you that. the way i know is cause a guy at your height and weight should be clearing 300 after a cycle like you ran. and someone who is experienced should be clearing 350 or more.

i would stash the gear away. and learn how to eat and workout first. get your weight up over 200 pounds and your bench closer to 300. then come back.

PS. i doubt with that cycle you ran and being so woefully below your genetic potential you will keep much of anything over the next few months, and i am gonna guess your PCT was poor as well. remember that if you cannot get to 185 without all that gear you ran then unless you plan on staying on that gear forever you are screwed UNLESS you learn how to train and eat.
 
Steve i never posted a diet, my diet is actually rather good. Very clean and at least 3000cal a day. The diet that was posted was from another guy. Truth is i've been training on and off for years but was goin to gym alone and never had anyone show me how to train. I was doin the same thing everyday and always worked muscles to failure and lost a ton of weight. I've only been training properly since last september
 
Hi, my last cycle was 1200mg sustanon(weeks 1-14), 1050mg cypionate(weeks 1-14), 1050mg deca(weeks 1-13) and 70mg dbol ed(weeks 1-9). I haven't as much money this time round and dont fancy 3ml eod because i hate the 5ml syringes. I was thinking of test e 1050mg(weeks 1-18), deca 600mg(weeks 1-16) , equipoise 900mg(weeks 1-16) and dbol 60mg ed(weeks 1-7). I was just wondering if i'd make goods gains or do i need to have another big course because of my last one. Someone once told me if you take loads of gear then do a smaller course it'll do nothin for you. Is this true? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Why so much??? Most studies have shown that between 300-600 mgs will do everything you need and more is not necessarily better.
 
I want to add my 2 cents also...............so you gained 45 pounds and kept 35? I can tell you this ,wait a few months and that 35 pounds will be gone also. Why? because there is no way you can keep up the training intensity like you did on that much gear,so Running that amount was a moot point to begin with.

I suggest you pm me ,lets get your diet fine tuned and start from scratch!
