hey I am a 20 yr old male and i have been working out for 2 years. I am 6ft 170 pounds and i am starting to see definition in my abs but don't have a 6 pack. I want to start using m1T because I have stopped noticing a difference in my body. I workout about 5 days a week. And i eat pretty healthy. Don't eat fatty junk foods. I have been taking testosterone boosters and haven't noticed any difference. What do you think?? I want to know how much I should be eating when I am on m1t and how much should i be working out?? What do u think about the m1t???? thanks
