I'm 15 190lbs 6'1 I've gotten good gains off of Nlarge2 (weightgainer) and nitrix and bicreatol. I'm gonna start a deca cycle in 5 weeks and I would like to know what to expect Side effect wise acne??sweating??deca dick??gains in weight and strength??and energy?? also should i run test too ??
I train intense
Chest -back tris and bis
day off
legs shoulders and abs
day off
chest back tris and bis

Bro, people are trying to help you. You really are running the risk of fucking yourself up for a long time. The middle of puberty is not a good time to try steroids. You could end-up with long term problems, not just night sweats and deca dick. I'm not trying to suggest this is the wrong thing to do just because your 15, but because your body isn't done doing what it's supposed to be doing during the teenage years.

If you train well, and eat well for the next three years you will be amazed at the gains you make. Don't fuck yourself up with exogeneous hormones at this time.
 
i see alot of people give younger folk here a hard time for starting too early. i never say anything cause i usually don't have an opinion on it one way or the other. but dude 15? c'mon.
 
thx thanks a lot bro I am pretty big for my age and have a good structure and have a six pack and am solid and have a lot of knowlegde for my age but i went threw puberty when I was 11 I'm definately nearing the end of it if not already but I am totally into bodybuilding so I shouldn't do it well tahnks then I'm just worried b/c my arms are 14 inches and i want to get them 7 in bigger in 6 years and some time threw then i think i will have to juice I know someone who juiced and he's like 19 now he did it like at 16 and he weighs as much as i do but he looks a lot heavier and bigger from deca well thanks though man i appreciate the advice

You want help with your training routine, I'll offer some advice. Don't take it the wrong way, I'm trying to help.

I train intense
Chest -back tris and bis
day off
legs shoulders and abs
day off
chest back tris and bis


Everyone has thier own ideas as to how many times per week a bodypart should be trained. I never train major bodyparts more then once per week. I don't believe you can train a major bodypart<chest, back, legs> with intensity and have the endurance to train another. Major bodypart/minor bodypart.

Chest/Tri's
Back/Bi's
Legs/Shoulders

You can move the minor muscle training around depending on what your prefer. This routine is of course if you can only get to the gym 3x per week. Otherwise I'd give legs their own seperate day. Around 20 sets total for the workout - with intensity, finish in around an hour. The majority of the work going to the major bodyparts.

There's an old saying in bbing. Take care of the big muscle groups and the little ones will take care of themselves.

Hit the Diet and Nutrition forum for advice in that department.
 
No steroids for at least 5 years. You can make great gains naturally. Fuck bro come on.
 
thanks everyone for the adviec i consider you all good friends as to you give me good advice and my other friends are giving me bad advice 20 sets what do you mean by that you mean 10 sets each body part i split it like that too except i train every body part 2 time s a week that means sunday and and thursday i will do cheast and tris in the morning and back iand bis in afternoon this way i'm not letting my body parts get too faty and is all muscle plus my nitrix heals me faster so thats why i do that i normally do 3 or 4 different exercises per body part 3-5 sets good or bad
