i wish i had puberty at that age, i was only 17 5'1 89lbs. if i had the weight your age i never use steroids. you are going kill off your hormones & your gains.:die:
 
Protobe, take it from me and many others, it's a very serious mistake.

You will have problems the rest of your life.

I didn't gain much wehn I was 15-17, as soon as I turned 18-19, I gained an insane amount of muscle naturally.

I know you think you are smart and you may be, but you have to recognize that you really have no idea what this can do to you at 15. You may have low test levels, low sex drive and even limp dick the rest of your life. It may create chronic anxiety problems which can be very serious. Just train, don't worry too much about muscle, develop a love of training.
 
good advice thanks any supplements other than weightgainer and protein that are good ??i don't want water retention so no creatine

Typically I'd do 12 sets for chest and 8 for tri's, same with back/bi's. If you're able to train intensely twice a day god bless you, it's nice to be 15.
You don't need any "nitrix", don't believe the bullshit. They're lying to you. You heal fast because your 15. Protein powder, that's it.

Multivitamins like GNC Mega Men and extra Vit C and E (from natural sources)
 
thanks everyone i appreciate it one more quest. when i trian should i do bench x12 than inclined x12 or bh than incliined?? same for bis??
 
if you juice now, it will kill your chances of ever being a bb! your muscles will mature sooo much over the next five years, even if you didnt lift weights! your muscles will be much fuller, and much more dense just bc of maturing! you will be completely dependent on roids if you start now! you dont have the testosterone that would allow you to properly recover while off! not to mention, by the time you hit 20, you may have no natural test production left! at twenty five, when most guys start, you'll have been relying on juice for 10 years already...not very healthy! trust me, i know how tempting it is! but i promise you will make good gains and hit that in five years...the longer you wait, the happier you'll be!
