ohhhhh......bad bad weekend. I drank up last night and nursed the hangover with 4 pieces of pizza, 3 Nutrigrain bars, 4 bowls of Kashi cereal, 2 bowls of oatmeal, 2 tuna fish sandwiches, 3 boiled egg whites.

I look pregnant - my stomach is soooo bloated.

My Q - what should I do to make up for this?! Should I go really low carbs for the next few days? Kick up the cardio for the next few days? How do you guys talk yourselves out of gorging when you feel it coming on?

Who can offer me a few comforting words?!?!

Holy Shit! I would definetely call that a cheat day..LOL! Just as Lobo said, drink your water and get your nutrition back on track. You'll be fine in a couple.
 
I wouldn't sweat it at all. You have to go wild once in a while to stay sane. At this time of year who cares anyway...
 
Damn Right!! Tis the season......I had soooo much fun saturday night, that I rode a mechanical bull. Talk about a wild ride :D I think I know what my next career move should be ;)

Dont sweat it girl......just start the new week off right.
